The rolling mill changes the structure of the original ball mill, makes the body and underframe integrated, and can be suspended on the foundation plane at one time during installation. The spindle adopts double row radial spherical roller bearing,. The ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel with detachable inner lining. The rotary gear is processed by casting gear hobbing. The cylinder is inlaid with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and reliably.

 

Ball mill is the key equipment to crush the material after it is crushed. It  is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, chemical fertilizer, black non-ferrous metal mineral processing, glass ceramics and other production industries, dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.
